What are my chances: Needs more work for Ivies?

I am planning on taking the SAT I again in October, and after getting my Lit SAT II score, taking that again (or another SAT II) in November. My goals for the two are 2300 (quite do-able, after looking at practice test scores) and 720 (will get a tutor, bit of a reach); I will study the entire summer for the two.

I’m looking into the Ivies (particularly: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Brown) and other top schools (MIT, Johns Hopkins, Georgetown).

I’m interested in biology (micro and molecular, specifically). Which schools seem the best for these subjects, and what are my chances for getting in?

Thanks!!!
