Things I have in mind are Caltech, U.C. Berkeley, Stanford, MIT, etc.
I’m a junior with a perfect 4.0 unweighted GPA and a 4.83 weighed GPA taking 18 AP and IB classes combined (A’s in all of them :D) My school is extremely competitive and I’m currently set to be valedictorian next year. How does this look to colleges?
As for my forages into STEM, I have made the U.S. semifinals (top 400 or so) for chemistry olympiad and math olympiad. I have also made the top 20 for U.S. Physics Olympiad, reaching the training camp.
My extracurriculars include varsity track and field as well as varsity cross country. Extensive speech and debate national awards as well.
If any of you have heard of Science Bowl before, I captained the team for 3 years leading us to the National Stage and reached the top 16.
I can mention more about myself if you guys ask and I just want a general perspective on my chances at reaching a toptier tech university.

What about scores of any kind?
36 on ACT and 2380 on the SAT
800 on SAT lv. 2 Math, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Writing (All SAT II scores)
5’s on all my AP tests (18 total) and mixes of 5, 6, and 7’s on IB tests (16 total) since I took mostly IB classes at our school and I tested both for AP and IB exams.
I think you make strong arguments for all the schools you listed. I would suggest applying to schools such as Georgia Tech as safeties when the time comes, because schools like Stanford and MIT are always toss-ups even for the brightest students. Also, if you live in California, there is no way I can see you not getting into Berkeley.
Don’t live in california unfortunately. Proud Oregon resident. Yeah I’ve done some research into Georgia Tech seems suitable too as a safety. Do you know of any other schools with strong tech reputations?
As an Oregon resident, I’m a bit confused about some of your awards which I know only a handful of kids from our state won. In addition, you said in a previous thread that you’re currently a freshman. Are these awards and scores all theoretical?
Perfect GPA, Perfect Test scores and several very elite ECs. If URM you’ll get into every school you apply too.If not, i’d say 4/6 HPYSMC is a reasonable estimate. Anything besides HPYSMC is not a reach.
