What are my chances of getting in Cornell after repeating junior year of high school?

Hi, my name is Wendy and I wanted to know if there is a chance of me getting into Cornell school of engineering or CALS aem after repeating one year of junior year. The reason is because during middle of junior year I had an anxiety disorder and I constantly felt sick and was on rest because of that, I also had a note from my psychiatrist saying that. That is why I didn’t come to school for 2 months and it was hard to catch up with all my classes, so I had to repeat the year.
IB classes: HL Econ, HL French, HL ITGS, SL Math, SL Eng, SL Business
AP classes: AP Physics C, AP Calc BC, AP Stats, AP Chem, AP Bio, AP Computer science and also AP Macro (I also took Pre-calc)
IB Predicted grades: 38 or 39/45
SAT: 1510/1600
ACT: 34
AP Scores: AP Calc BC: 4 AP Stats: 5 AP Computer science: 5 AP Macro: 5 AP Chem: 4
I will be taking SAT subject tests soon.
My extras are pretty strong with 5 internships in a business company and 2 in a engineering company.
I also took summer courses from an Ivy League school and UCLA.
I’m very involed in my school as well, founder of some clubs and member of some.
I think I have pretty strong LORs as well.
I have been a professional dancer for 8 years now, more specifically ballerina but I’ve learned different sance styles as well. So I have won many medals for my school and have participated in events.
I am very involved with this one charity which is very close to my heart, I volunteer there once a week.
I have also written a business thesis with a professor and published it.

I would like to point out that I did not do well in 9th grade, 10th was okay, but 11th and 12th I think I have accomplished a lot.

Thanks in advance!

Also note that I am a international student, NOT from the US.

I will also be taking my SAT’s and ACT’s again since the above mentioned scores were what I got in my first sitting.

I still think you have a great chance!! You just need to explain that in your essays! Your scores are really strong and colleges will understand that you we’re going through a rough time.

You don’t need to retake your ACT of 34. That’s fine as is.

No one has an easy in to Cornell, so make sure you put other, less selective, schools on your list as well.

Thank you for all your help
