<p>I have about a 3.5 UW and 4.0W GPA. I have about 500+ hours of volunteering hours. I received a “D” on my transcript from my Spanish class, but I have retaken the class. What are my chances of going to any of the UC’s? I also come from a different personal background since I have a disabled brother who has made concentrating on my school work and homework difficult however I managed to what I can. If you guys can tell me which college I would be able to get into and also any other places I should consider knowing my GPA. Also I have taken 7 AP Classes and 5 Honors Class (not including next year). My SAT score is 2000
I am going to be a freshman entering in the year 2012, if that makes things different since I know the rules are slightly changing. I have taken 3 SAT II’s test (biology, english, and math II). All with 600 and higher. </p>

<p>Are you from California? That always helps your chances of getting into one of the UC’s.</p>
<p>Like Seventeen said, it helps to be from Cali. Some of the Calis are easier than others, but I think you can get in to them if you really do as well as you think you will. Good luck to you.</p>

<p>If you are from california, you are definitely qualified to get into the majority of UC schools. If not, they are a bit of a reach but you certainly have a shot!
