I think you’re in. Probably didn’t even need those additional fallbacks…you’re at or above the 75th percentile in all three SAT sections, and your GPA is fine.

Your chances are good, your GPA is a bit low. Use your Personal Statement. Your connection with Penn State through your family and your involvement in (min)THON are both important. If you plan to continue being involved in THON, mention that. This and the fact that you know Penn State and are likely familiar with the campus and are comfortable there both “reflect positively on your ability to succeed” on a social level. Include why you will be successful academically. Good luck!
