What are my chances of getting into a top 20 College?

Hello, My name is John I am currently a junior and I am wondering what chances I have of getting into a top 20 university.

I have a 3.794 unweighted, 3.94CPA
I took one AP Class in my sophomore year AP us. History got a 5 on the AP test
I am currently taking 7 AP/IB Classes
IB HL1 Biology
IB HL1 English Literature
IB HL1 European History
IB SL Math Studies
AP Calculus
AP Art History
IB SL Psychology
AP Government
I am going to be taking 6 AP/SL IB test this year.

I also play lacrosse as well as track, I am on the Debate team LD and also on service clubs such as key club.

I got a 33 on my ACT
And a 1480 on my SAT
Both second tries…

My parents can anywhere from 25-50K University

Also I go to a public senior high school, but its one of the top in my state…

ECs are a bit weak tbh especially for top 20s. I would say your sorta borderline. Your highest reaches should probably be like Rice, Notre Dame, Berkeley, Georgetown, Emory, USC, UCLA, Tufts.
