What are my chances of getting into an electrical engineering program in one of the top colleges

I am currently a high school junior who hopes to major in electrical engineering and computer science.
RACE: AFRICAN AMERICAN (URM)

GPA UW: 3.63
GPA W: 4.41
CLASS RANK : 28/312 ~top 10%
PSAT :1360 (SAT SCORE NOT AVAILABLE YET)
Will take physics and math level 2 subject tests
I am currently in the IB course of study
COURSELOAD (JUNIOR AND SENIOR ): AP LANG, IB SPANISH HL, IB PHYSICS HL,IB MATH HL, AP CALC AB (EXAM), AP PHYSICS 1, IB CHEM SL, APUSH, IB ENGLISH HL, AP MUSIC THEORY, AP MICROECONOMICS (EXAM); (Senior year future courses) IB MATH HL, AP CALC BC(EXAM), AP PHYSICS C, IB SPANISH HL, IB PHYSICS HL, IB ENGLISH HL, IB CHEM SL, AP CHEMISTRY (EXAM), IB HISTORY SL .

COURSES THAT HAVE (EXAM) MEAN THAT I DONT TAKE IT AT SCHOOL BUT I WILL TAKE EXAM.

Regional science fair 4th place physics : 10th, 11th
Regional Science Olympiad 2nd place and invited to state competition
FRC Orlando regional finalists and invited to compete at international competition in houston
(I don’t have many achievements :frowning:

I can still improve my Gpa to 3.7 during senior year . What are my chances of getting into a competitive engineering program, what can I do to improve my chances at schools like Stanford, rice , Vanderbilt, UC Berkeley

Did you look at costs for these schools?

Are you from Florida? If so, you are subject to OOS fees for the public UC’s. They do not provide financial aid to OOS residents. So, UCB is $60K per year.

The UC’s don’t use affirmative action to admit URM’s, and, your UW might be a little low for Berkeley and they use 10th and 11th grades for admission. It is very competitive, especially for OOS.
