Do not sacrifice a core course for an elective.

Be sure you aren’t taking so many health science courses that you are missing the basics - 4 years of math trying to reach calculus senior year, 4 years of science focusing on bio, chem, physics, and at least one of those classes AP, 4 years of english, 3-4 years of history, 3-4 years of foreign language, plus a fine arts.

No one can chance you this early. You’ll need amazing SAT scores, lots of volunteer hours with people, etc…

Here is a link to the profile of students in the U Cincinnati BS/MD program, https://med.uc.edu/connections/connections/eligibility-requirements-to-apply all of them are uber competitive. UCincy has a 3.6% acceptance rate.

What does it take to get into the Pre-professional Scholars Program (PPSP, aka BS/MD) at CWRU?

I agree with @momofsenior1 …Concentrate on core courses and not so much on the pre-health. I would take 1 or so of those and then make sure to have Foreign Lang as well. Being bilingual is helpful in medicine.
