What are my chances of getting into Emory? Emory Scholars?

<p>Here is a quick overview of my resume:</p>

<p>-SAT: Reading: 710, Math: 740, Writing: 710
-ACT: 32
-4 Honors classes (Most offered at my school)
-AP Biology
-A in College Calculus at Kennesaw State (Dual-enrollment)
-A in College Comp at Kennesaw State (Dual-enrollment)
-4.06 GPA
*I go to a small private school, and there are not many “above and beyond” courses available; I have done what there are opportunities for.</p>

<p>-Editor-in-chief of newspaper staff
-3 years of Varsity football, team captain, All-State linebacker
-JV basketball
-Beta Club
-Eta Sigma Alpha Honors Society: vice-president
-Quill and Scroll Honors Society
-250-300 community service hours (give or take)</p>

<p>-I should have 2 or 3 very good recommendation letters from several of my teachers as well. Do I actually have a shot at being accepted to Duke?</p>

<p>IMO, you will be accepted but will not become a semi finalist for Emory Scholars.</p>

<p>You could probably get into Emory, but I don’t think your SATs are high enough to be a scholar.</p>
