What are my chances of getting into Rice University and other colleges?

Hello,
Right now my top choices for colleges are Rice, Vanderbilt, UNC-Chapel Hill, Emory, and several others.

SATs: 1970

So with these stats, what are my chances of getting into Rice?

The good news is these schools don’t see a lot of applicants from RI which is a big plus. But work on bettter scores, SAT or ACT.
