Right now, I’m a senior who is still taking a college class. (Dual enrollment since freshman year) Because my high school is a “middle college” high school, we don’t have AP classes, most college classes we take are considered “Honors”. So I guess that means I taken 9 honors classes. Right now, I’m taking 3 more and planning another 3 more college classes next semester (spring). So I guess a total of 12 honors classes, excluding the spring. I’m majoring in Chemistry (not engineering). Sadly, my highest SAT score is a 1080 (960 is highest without studying, but that was PSAT); first SAT score: 1030. I’m planning to do 2 more SATs and 2 ACTs. My augmented GPA is 4.11, non-augmented: 3.79, cumulative: 3.72. (Luckily, I’m still top 10% of my class) I’m a founder of the Rubik’s Cube Club (vice president). I mostly compete at UCB, as well as volunteering to staff at Rubik’s Cube Competitions. At home, I mostly do chemistry research, create or encipher languages (cryptography (without technology)), make videos, and creating future DDR competition game. Yes, I get bored very easily.
I’m planning to apply to this college Early Decision. So…what are my chances? Feel free to ask me more questions for a better “calculation” (kinda like including an essay as well…ish)
I’ve been wondering where this post went : /
I’m afraid your scores and GPA don’t qualify you for admissions. I would recommend applying early elsewhere and retaking the SAT.
