What are my chances of getting into Tulane, NYU, and UMich

What would be the chances of me getting into Tulane, NYU, UMich, Notre Dame, UNC and Tufts. Also, how could I boost my chances? What other colleges would be a good fit for me, I have no preference as to where the college is, how big it is or the type of campus.

Background:
I am currently in my junior year of high school
I am Hispanic
I attend a prestigious private high school in New York
I would like to major in psychology or cognitive science

Academics:
Freshman year 92.4
Soph 91.4
I took a practice ACT and recieved a score of 29

ECs:
I teach religious education classes to children in elementary school
I worked on a medical research paper at a prestigious medical school and have my name on the paper as a research assistant
I will be doing another internship next year at another medical school
Varsity Rowing since freshman year

Those are all big reaches at the moment. Retake the ACT. Also look at Pitt, College of Charleston, University if Miami (also a reach, but slightly less so), Case Western Reserve (reach as well but strong in your field), Syracuse, U Conn, Clark, Ithaca, Franklin & Marshall, and Penn State.
