I’m a black girl. My father is an alumnus. I have an unweighted GPA of 3.94. 30 on my first ACT but I plan to take another and hopefully get at least a 32. My junior year I am taking 3 APs. (I also got a C in gym my junior year 
will that affect me?)
I do not play any school sports and am not part of any school clubs. I do community service daily and am hoping to finish my junior year with 175 hours. During the summer I have my own business at the farmers market.
What are my chances of getting into U of M and is there anything I can do now at the end of my junior year to increase those chances?

Are you from in state? The state has banned affirmative act in admission but you should have a decent chance particularly if you are from Michigan.
