What are my chances of successfully changing my major to Computer Engineering at UCI?

Suppose you are the engineering counselor at UCI and I have applied to change my major to Computer Engineering.
My current major is Computer Science. The requirements are 2.5 overall GPA and 2.5 GPA on the required courses. Here are the courses and my grades:

Calc I - C+
Calc II - C+
Calc III - A
Physics I (mechanics) - B, Lab - A
Physics II (E&M) - C+, Lab - B
Intro Programing I - B+
Intro Programing II - yet to be taken

Now, would you or would you not admit me to the major? Please be honest, I can handle the truth (mostly xD).

I wouldnt! You got a C+ in Calc I and II and that is unacceptable. If I was the advisor, I would encourage you to change your major to Event Management

Just kidding. I would accept you and welcome you to your new major. I don’t understand what the big deal is. If you had failed several courses, then it would be a different story, in that case I would definitely encourage you to change your major to Event Management.

dear oh dear, I was on the verge of crying after your first paragraph haha. Thanks for your input though.
