I’m a sophmore at woodward academy. My grades aren’t stellar, I got almost all Bs first semester (but after that I did improve quite a bit). My GPAs is a 4.0 (the highest in my year can be a 4.5), but my highschool is considerably tougher than the local public schools. For example, if someone gets straight As with all honors and some APs than, they are most definately valedictorian. I think my extracurricular are quite strong, especially in dance where I am aiming for the presedential ARTS scholarship, but do you think that I’ll be rejected from any IvyLeague I apply to because of my grades. Is it even worth trying? Help me out!!!

WOODWARD ACADEMY…haha your school rocks. I went there for debate once and it’s really nice.

It’s ok, rank isn’t everything. Colleges understand that grades/rank are dependent on coursework…so make sure you’re in the toughest courses and you’re fine.
