I am going into 10th Grade at a selective public school. I have an 88 average so far. I am editor of my school newspaper. I am in a very selective and prestigious college prep. program. I am also learning disabled.

What do I need to do to improve & what are my chances so far.

It’s great that you’ve achieved such a lofty position on your school newspaper, especially as a sophomore. Keep it up. OTOH, your gpa doesn’t sound great; I’m not sure how much consideration Wesleyan gives to learning disabilities. Keep up the good work and perhaps next summer read “The Gatekeepers” by Jacques Steinberg, to get an idea of how the admissions process works at elite colleges. And, perhaps browse through this one on colleges for students with learning disabilities: [Amazon.com: Colleges for Students with Learning Disabilities or AD/HD (9780768925067): Peterson’s: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Colleges-Students-Learning-Disabilities-AD/dp/0768925061)
