What are my chances to find a job in US America?

I’m an expat from South-America finishing a Master Degree in Computer Engineering in China in a quite high ranked Chinese university. Rightnow I’m considering my options after for the future. I was accepted at a PhD. program in Electronic Engineering on a even more important University of China, I think is ranked among the 3rd in China and about 60th in the world, beside I will enjoy full scholarship and dorm.

With the above explained, I must say I don’t want to stay in China forever, since what I wish is to move to USA, and get a good well paid job there according to my level.

I’d like to have your opinon, what is the best way to do achieve this dream of mine.

Should I spend 4 to 5 years more on the PhD. in the mentioned university, save some money and launch myself to seek for the opportunity to be recruited by an American company who would need my very specialized experience on certain topic (for wich I have had developed several papers) and then, requesting a kind of EB-2 visa?

or should I finish my Master degree, go ahead and try to find a job in a small chinese company, obtaining some general Engineering experience during 2 or 3 years, and then try also to contact an American company, this time, only as Experimented Master Degree?

A third option might be the recommendation to not do either? Sometimes I think USA might have already all the Masters and PhD. they need or the lack of Engineers is already well covered by the millions of applicants their inmigration system might have, hence not having a real chance for me, let alone to have a good salary “accordingly” to my level.

Worth mentiong also that, by the time when I finish my PhD. I will be 34 - 35 years old, nowdays I’m 30.
