Do I have a chance, just looking at my stats, for these schools
GPA: 3.89/4.47
SAT score: 1550 - 750 CRW and 800 Math
My interest is in the natural sciences.
Stats wise, you are qualified for all of them, even Penn. But without everything else I don’t think you can get into these schools completely by stats, even not BC. ECs? Essays? Recs? Awards?

I would say really good chances for all of them.Your ECs are really impressive! I wouldn’t be surprised if you got into all 4. You should definitely be able to get into BC and perhaps UMich. Tufts would be a low reach if you apply RD and it will depend on your essays but you have a higher chance than most and will probably get in at least ED. Penn is slightly more of a reach but I can see you getting admitted RD or ED if you write good essays too! Most likely, I would say you should expect about 3 out of 4 acceptances, with Penn and maybe Tufts as the iffy one. Good luck!

Just saying, but I am assuming that most of your stats/classes are hypothetical. You are a junior this year correct? Did you take the ACT/SAT already or are they expected scores?
And based on DeAnza League for sports you either go to Los Gatos, Lynbrook, or Monta Vista. If that is the case your class rigor is not as rigorous compared to your peers. Unless you go to Fremont/Homestead.
This is not really that hard for Penn (assuming your stats are accurate). Penn common data shows 75% for ACT is 34. Penn average for GPA is ~ 3.9. If you are willing to apply to Penn ED and if you are a legit undergrad legacy (Grad legacy is not as big a “pull.”), you have a very decent shot.
If you do want to apply to UPenn be sure to read Dean Furda’s blogs on applications before you apply. Penn legacy really only helps in a sig. way if you apply ED. You clearly have the stats to have a good chance. If Penn is the school you want (and your family can afford) be sure to be genuine in your Penn interest in the application.
If you do want Penn ED, you (or your Penn parent(s)) should inquire with Penn admission if they still do Friday night admissions “chats.” Those were very informative for prospective students. Dunno if they still do them.

@Hamurtle we used to be in de anza but now we are in el camino. My school isn’t as competitive as Los Gatos or Monta Vista. Monta Vista is crazy. No the only hypotheticals are my senior classes. Everything on there is true. I already took the SAT and ACT and I got a 34 and a 1550. I’ll prob go with my 1550 because a 1550-1590 is equal to a 35 at most top schools.

@Alligator34 according to a blog Dean Furda did in 2009 “At Penn, legacy is defined as having a parent or grandparent graduated from any of Penn’s undergraduate or graduate schools.” My understanding was that UG legacy had “more weight” but I’m not an adcom and have no real inside info, so I would believe Dean Furda over “stuff CaliDad heard.” (BTW, Dean Furda is very active on-line. I always suggest prosepctive Penn applicants read his advice.
Also, as far as your testing, Penn asks you send all test scores. While there is no way of them knowing if you don’t send any ACTs at all, if those ACT and SAT scores are both single sitting you might want to ask your GC or someone more familiar if it’s a good idea to send both. To my mind, assuming they were single sitting or you don’t have much lower other sitting scores, sending both simply confirms that you are at the upper end of Penn stats by two metrics. Esp if you did not take SAT subject tests, a strong ACT science score is not a bad thing. Just a thought.
