What are my chances to these schools?

I will be applying as a freshman for fall 2016, and my top choice schools are UT Austin, University of Washington Seattle, NYU, University of Oregon, and University of Vermont.

GPA (unweighted): 3.5
Class Rank: 209 of 809
I work for a CFO of an insurance agency and do volunteer work with Operation Kindness. I am in newspaper, I’m the president of one school club, and an active member of French Club and Science National Honor Society. I am a minority female, applying from out of state.

What are my chances? UW Seattle is my first choice, but the others are great schools as well.
