What Are my Chances: Tracking Through the Years

Hello! I’m currently incredibly worried about my chances of becoming successful in the future, so I have decided to make this discussion regarding my HS grades and aspirations.

Goal College: UH Manoa, UC San Diego (Scripps Institute)
Goal Majors: Marine Biology and Chemistry/Oceanography/Linguistics (Double Major)

Accomplishments:

  • Learning 8 Languages: Mandarin, Latin, Korean, Danish, Italian, Sindarin, Greek, and French
  • Color guard member
  • Getting certification for “Open Dive” from PADI

Aspirations:

  • Lettering in Academics and Color Guard/Marching Band
  • Becoming a co-captain for color guard

Tidbits:

  • I do community work with my school on April 20th every year
  • I’m applying to work in a small aquarium

Please offer me advice on how I can strengthen my stats throughout my future years - I really want to be successful and I’m willing to listen to any advice you all have!

If you can get all A’s with maybe 3-5 B’s for the rest of your sophomore and junior year and get an SAT score 1350+.
A UC GPA of around 3.9-4.3. I think you have a good shot of going to UCSD.
