hello friends can you please tell me what my chances are for the UC’s and NYU + Brown (reach)

SAT: 1480 (retaking in november)
ACT: 31 (retaking in june)
GPA UW: 3.50 (expecting it to drop to 3.48 by the end of this semester) 
GPA W: 3.67
Honors: Chemistry, American History, Spanish 4
AP’s: Computer Science, US History, Chemistry
Clubs:
Spanish Honor Society for the past 3 years (tutored spanish for the past 3 years as a part of it)
National Honor Society for the past 2 years
CSF for the past 2 years
Cancer Society for the past 3 years
Filipino Student Association for the past year (im not filipino but for support!)
Officer of Gender-Sexuality Alliance (again i dont identify as lgbtq+ but for support!)
Robotics (FRC, competed at national level and qualified for world championships for the first time in 8 years in our school history!)

Volunteer at Kaiser Permanente Hospital
ASB Commisioner for Campus Connection (run blood drive, help eld classes at a nearby elementary school, run anti-bullying program, organize freshman orientation, staff appreciation, etc.)
Worked at a local tutoring place (similar to Kumon) and taught common-core english and math to K-8 kiddos
Volunteer as an art teacher for a local elementary school
Writing Lab Tutor (highly selective)
World Core Scholar (not as selective as writing lab, but is based off of your performance in world literature and world history + teacher reccomendations)
Volunteer at local public library + garden (we grow food and give it to a nearby food shelter- it was really fun!)
Internship for a coding organization where I teach middle schoolers about the fundamentals of coding + different coding languages
Awards/Competitions:
Calgames (robotics): placed 6th seed
FIRST Steamworks: qualified for Worlds, didn’t win
literally the first and only hackathon i’ve ever been to: placed top 10, won a year’s subscription of Wolfram Alpha Pro yay
Community Service Gold Award: (sounds really fancy but we literally had to log community service hours that we were already doing, and if you were doing 60+ hours a semester, you got the award??)
Competed for HP CodeWars with an all girl team: didnt place but represented our school
Random: (i dont know if it helps or not but its really meaningful to me so it might be something i mention in maybe the essay??)
a bunch of friends and i started this organization inspired by malala yousafzai to raise awareness about the importance of education and it was geared around getting children (especially young girls) access to education
we made wristbands that said “education is power” and sold them and donated the money to areas in developing countries that need money to boost their education programs
my ideal major would be literature-related, but im also very very passionate about education (i adore children!) and i might consider switching to an education-related major but i dont know for sure yet
(I know it would be a reach for me to apply to hella competitive schools like Brown and NYU with my low gpa and mediocre standardized test scores)
