What are my Chances/Where should I look

I would like to attend a good collage no smaller than UVA or UT
I live in Texas
I am a sophomore
I attend a small prep school
Money is not an issue
I want a good greek scene
I want a school with good school spirit
I am on the track team, newspaper, and involved in drama, an photo
Classes,
Algebra II, Chemistry, US AP History, English II Honors, Spanish III.
I ended freshman year with a 4.0

Also on my psat I got a 710 on reading, 500 on math ( I have already started tutoring ), and a 610 on writing. Also on this practice SAT I took I got a 10 out of 12 on the actual writing essay portion.

I would post this in the College Search forum for more results.

Anyway, I will say that increasing your Math to a 650 SAT and Writing up to 700 will make you chances at almost any school very high. Your math may be low, but it is relatively easy to increase, plus you still have time to increase. As for Writing, it is the easiest to increase, so, with a couple practice tests you will be able to master 95 percent of the material. Oh, and your Critical Reading score is beautiful for a 10th grader, meaning I see a possible 800 in just a couple years.

Just keep up the good grades and try to increase the depth of your Extracurriculars, which are very diverse seeing that you have a sport and a couple artsy ones.

As for schools, I am not so familiar with schools down near Texas, but I know of UVA, so maybe you can look at schools like Duke, Vanderbilt, Emory, Rice, University of SC? Ugh, not so good with your type of school, seeing that I look for smaller, more northern LACs. :P

Good luck!
