So it’s already late February and a lot of my friends have received numerous acceptance letters from the colleges they applied to. I’ve only received one - CSULA. I applied to UCI, UCSB, UCR, UCSC, CSULB, CSULA, CSUFullerton, and Cal Poly Pomona. I’ve taken 2 aps my jr. and soph. years and is currently taking 1 ap. (AP lit). I have exactly a 3.0 when soph and jr years are averaged out, excluding P.E. and extracurriculars (approximately a 3.4 weighted gpa). I scored a 1600 on my SATs (500 in cr and 560 in math) and an ACT score of 23. I really want to get into CSULB or Cal poly pomona. I applied with an undeclared major for each CSU except for Computer Science for CPP. Ahh, so yeah. what are my chances at each college? :/

oh! and 540 in writing :p

Long Beach is extremely competitive this year. You will likely get into UCR for sure. Maybe Fullerton, UCSC, Pomona.

Good Luck

speaking of long beach being extremely competitive this year, i just got a letter saying i did not meet their competitive admission requirements, but since i applied for EOP, i was automatically considered for their alternate admission program.
the thing is, i applied for it, but i didn’t get the anything done for it. and i believe the deadline for it is feb. 1. well for CPP, it is.
