I’m a Florida resident but the only school I want to go to in Florida is New College of Florida. None of the other schools public/private interest me. My other choices are Bryn Mawr, Sewanee, Berry, Belmont, Agnes Scott, Transylvania, and Stetson if I absolutely have to stay in-state.

As a homeschooler I did both FL Virtual School and homeschooling and maintained a solid 4.0.
I took APUSH and AP Lang. and got a 5 for each.
SAT score is 1340 (CR and M) or 2010 (CR, M, W)
SAT II Subject Tests: Literature-610, Math 1-620

My extra curricular activities are all based around music (I play banjo, cello, guitar, violin) and work. I wrote my essay about my homeless brother and now I’m thinking it wasn’t positive enough.

I have started to doubt my chances at Bryn Mawr which has always been my favorite and any of the others are impossible to afford.

Do I have a chance at New College? It my last hope, if I can’t go there I’ll have to try again in the spring.
