What are my chances???

Hello, here are my stats. I want to pursue communications/journalism or business, I’m unsure. I used to want to be a lawyer, but I’ve changed my mind.
GPA: 3.75
ACT: 27 (I am writing it again, my goal is a 30)

ECS: 1. Riding: I’ve been horseback riding (english) all my life, and I ride 6 days a week. I am addicted to it. It eats up most of my time, but keeps me sane.

Green Team: I head my school’s green club and I’m really passionate about the environment.

Me to We: This is my school’s ‘social justice’ club, where I am the secretary.

Art Gallery: I volunteer at my local art gallery and help kids make art.

Mayor’s Youth Forum: With a group of other students at my school (and other schools in the area) we discuss ways to combat current issues in my city.

Grad Council/Student Council : I will be helping plan grad events and changing what goes on at my school.

Debate Team: I’ve been debating for two years, and I’ve competed provincially and qualified for the provincial team. I won regionals in grade 10.

BCYP: This is a non-profit charity that runs a youth parliament every year. Apparently it looks good on a resume, but I didn’t enjoy it at all last year. Should I do it again so I can list it as an EC or should I just not bother with it?

School paper: I did this for 1 year, but I didn’t like the teacher or the class at all. However, I love writing and still want to be a journalist. (Im a good writer the school paper was a joke).

Food bank: I volunteer at the local food bank bagging food and talking with locals in my community.

Cross-X running: This is just a hobby, but I do running races and run a lot in my spare time.

Are these enough EC’s? I don’t have any ‘awards’ other than debate and a few riding ribbons. Is this enough?
My main college choices are:

In canada:
Queens
U of T

In USA:
Berkeley (its a reach, but my sister goes there, my mom went to a UC and I’ve heard
they want international students to help with funding).
Syracuse
USC
UCLA
North Eastern University
Pomona College

if these are all out of reach, have any ideas?
