<p>I am a Quest Bridge finalist. I attend Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton, Ohio.
I am from Bosnia and Herzgovina. Because of the war there in 1995, my family was
sent to America. Throughout my life I had to help my mom do everything because of
her poor knowledge of english. My parents are divorced and my mother makes $20,000<br>
a year. I also have been involved in so many out of school activities.
My ACT score was a 23, but I retook it and hopefully scored higher.
My SAT scores were 1650, which was also not very high.
My GPA is a 4.3 and I am 8/150 students.

<p>i think your sat is too low to get into those school, even your gap is good but most applicants who apply those school have good gap too, you are not competetive at all.

<p>Honestly, all those schools are very high up there. And unfortunately, given your test scores, they are very high reaches. Applying to some in-state universities might be a good idea…</p>
