<p>What are my chances?
I am a korean/jewish junior at a competitive private school in Princeton.
-2190 SAT(Math: 760, CR: 690, W: 740) I plan on retaking it next weekend
-SAT IIs: Math IIC(730) and taking the Spanish and Chem in May
-3.7 unweighted GPA and I’m taking 3 APs(Chem, AB Calc and Spanish Language) and plan on taking 2 APs(Art History and Statistics) and 1 Honors course(Physics) next year.
Activities:
-JV soccer in grades 9,10,11 and won the Sports Award in 10th grade
-V lax in grades 9,10,11,12
-V ice hockey manager grades 10,11,12
-I might play varsity field hockey next fall
-I have my ASA basic keelboating certification(sailing)
-Model UN(10th grade only)
-Student Alumni Ambassadors grade 11,12
-I am applying for peer leadership next year
-I am attending a 3 week psychology program at Cornell this summer and working at the mall for the rest of the summer
-I studied spanish in Spain for 5 weeks last summer
-I have completed over 100 hours of community service
-I have a few connections to Dartmouth but I’m not sure if they will help that much</p>
<p>Again, this looks pretty like pretty typical stats. You’re going to want to bring something else to the table. Perhaps a really compelling essay and even then, I’m not sure that you’ll stand out.</p>
<p>i think you have a fair shot, though not stellar one, at dartmouth. remember that dartmouth is highly selective and only accepts a limited number of students, and you seem like an average applicant to dartmouth</p>

<p>I’m sorry, but no private school in Princeton is competitive enough to be called competitive on this site. Princeton High School is probably more competitive.</p>

<p>I’d say your chances are marginal seeing as how Jersey is ridiculously competitive.</p>
<p>No, Oxford Valley. I’m not sure though I’m applying for a lot of different jobs.</p>
