What are my chances?

Hello, I am a 14 year old girl who just finished my freshman year of high school. I ended with all A’s (sadly, two A minuses although this did not lower my GPA) and a 4.0 GPA. Next year I aim to do even better, but as of now I am wondering what my chances are of getting into an Ivy or a top-notch school such as Stanford of Berkeley. Here is my profile:
14 year old Caucasian (Russian if you want to get specific) female
4.0 Current and Cumulative GPA (unweighted)
Received an Academic Letter
Participate in Speech and Debate
Member of Student Council and Spanish Club
Play tennis and do swimming (not on a varsity level)
All Honors classes (school does not offer IB and only two AP classes which I plan to take junior and senior year)
Plan for next year:
Hold office positions in Student Council, Math Team, FBLA, Spanish Club, and Interact Club
All Honors classes, finishing w/ a 4.0
Volunteer at local hospital (I would be doing it now but I am underage)
Get Junior EMT certification
Do various community volunteering services
Intended Major: Chemistry
Intended Minor: Biology
I am hoping to go down the premed route and someday become a surgeon. Can you please tell me my chances of getting into a good college? Also, besides volunteering, what else can I do that prepares me for medical school? Thanks you.

You are 2 years too early. Repost after your Junior year with your GPA and SAT/ACT scores, EC’s etc…
Just keep doing what you are doing. Volunteering at the local hospital is on the right track.
