OOS IB student

-26 ACT
-Prez of Spanish club, VP of Gay-Straight Alliance, Treasurer of Drama Club, in NHS and Spanish NHS, shadowed a doctor for 20 hours, and I have 120 hours of Community Service.
I think the fact that I am OOS with a low ACT score will hurt me. What do you think?</p>
<p>What was your class rigor like? Have you taken any APs? Honors classes? I think that’s one of the more important aspects that Pitt looks at. I don’t think the OOS will hurt you, especially not as much as your ACT score. Just by test scores alone, you’d be in the bottom 25% of the students. Your ECs have the potential to bring that % up, especially the shadowing and community service. I believe your chances are 50/50, leading more towards not getting in.</p>
