What are my chances?

Currently I am a sophomore in high school and I want to know what my chances are of getting into a “good” school, even an ivy.

This year I am taking 4 honors classes. Last year my weighted average was 100.97. This year I believe I can end with a weighted of 98.5. The extra curriculars I am part of are the following.

  • drama club
    -musical
    -literary club (treasure(pres next year))
  • yearbook (editor three years by senior yr)
    -student council member (2 years)
  • swim team
  • school newspaper
    -math club
    -member of math honor society (secretary)

I also volunteer and am working on earning my gold award for Girl Scouts.

Are schools like Brown, UPenn and Notre Dame extreme stretches? I know they are for most people but do I at least have a chance?

Too soon to give you any chances. Need SAT/ACT scores, Intended major and what can you and your family afford to pay. Come back and post at the end of your Junior year when you have all these items.
