    • Sophomore 3.95

  • SAT: 1300 (I will try to get it to 1400)
  • Extracurriculars: piano&guitar
  • Essay:about working at fast food.
  • My class rank is 3.6% but I go to a pretty bad school.
  • Both my parents and my 2 older brothers went to college. My dad went to an Ivy League school.
  • I'm Asian-American (not an international student). Thanks!

No one knows. I don’t even know.

GPAs aren’t standardized and don’t convey the strength of program in the core areas.

Oh 4.08 is my cum gpa. My junior GPA is 4.4 not 4.08 sorry about that. I don’t know how to edit my post.

However most people who got into uva that I know have GPA >4.2 so I have a pretty slim chance.

One more time: GPAs aren’t standardized. It does not convey your course rigor or progress through each core area.
