I’m applying for the Journalism major at most of my colleges, so I’m hoping my 36 in the english section on the ACT will compensate for it

I also don’t really know how to calculate my average to the 4.0 GPA scale, PrepScholar says it differs if you’re taking honors and AP but I think standard GPA-wise my Weight and UW are a 4.0.

And yes I am in the process of doing the supplements now. I’ve been working with someone who’s helped me through them so far. I finished Duke just yesterday

duke and Cornell are definitely reach schools, especially considering your ACT score… However, if you are able to bump up the act scores, you might actually have a chance at these schools as well. Other than that, other schools generally seem like matches. Maybe consider a couple more safety schools.
