My top pick school is American University in DC, intl relations major.
SAT Score: 1310; 670 RandW, 640 math, 6/5/6 essay
GPA: 4.501 W, 3.83 UW
7 APs, 15 honors
5 on AP Euro, 3 on world (taking 3 APs this year… could not fit more into my schedule)
Decent essay? Talking about a passion, i mention my love and interest in and for history, the world, news, politics, and how I want to go into foreign service as a career
Recommendations: Decent… got 2 from My AP world and German 4 teacher
ECs:
Track and field: Discus, long jump, hurdler. Not very good so I do not see any recruitment coming my way. 9-12
Feminism club: 10-12
Global studies olympiad founding member: 10-12
Tutoring other students: 9-12. all subjects
Art lessons at local museum: 10-12, after school, had several pieces featured in art shows
English and writing honors society: 11-12
Social studies honors society: 11-12

Also, I hear AU sucks at financial aid so even if I get in I will have to take out loans if i go. Is this true?
