i just feel i’m competitive enough for schools like the uc’s.

berkeley - reach
ucla - reach
merced - in

I would have to say that without some sort of hook, your chances are very unlikely ;)

How could you be president of over 30 clubS?

…what university are you attending now?

I think you’d be LUCKY if you got into UCR

I think you can improve your chances if you marry me, please.

hahaha this made my night

are u serious? my chances to even riverside is low? i don’t believe this. i guess i’ve to go win a marathon, try to get some gold medals in next year’s olympics, right couple more books to make my chances higher. thanks for u feedbacks.

i come from stanford university, but i hope i can make it in to at least riverside.

are u a cali resident?

what the hell…im so confused…hahahah…this is a joke right?

Yeah, every year or so someone comes along and thinks it hilarious that one should mock the typical CC attitude toward college admissions. It was funny the first time around, but it now it is trite.

What was hilarious was sofa’s comment:

Wow, the stupidity.

oh lol!!! i didnt even read what he said, i just saw a 4.0 gpa and people saying no  so i started to think this was an out of state applicant, i didnt see it as a joke! but now, its actually funny!!

HAHA. That gave me a chuckle.

In essence, you exemplified the main con of college confidential. Kids will REALLY have these types of stats and scare the poop out of kids with 3.5-7’s and above average ECs.

I hate you CC!

Not good enough, you also need to scale Mt. Everest, Single handedly prevent blood diamonds, and at least some time with the peace corp

It is true sauron-boy, you have no chance. To get into UCLA you’ll need to make several noteworthy contributions to the sciences, have led a rigorous athletic schedule since middle school, have multiple sponsors, positive teacher recommendations from more than 10 teachers per High School semester and some how found a way to study constantly without either having eaten or slept during the nights. If you want to go to UCLA, then you’ll need to return to the time of your elementary school years and begin studying from when you are six.

voldemort…when will you ever realize the sarcasm behind these precious words like:

“Not good enough, you also need to scale Mt. Everest, Single handedly prevent blood diamonds, and at least some time with the peace corp”

and…

“I think you’d be LUCKY if you got into UCR”

and…

“It is true sauron-boy, you have no chance… If you want to go to UCLA, then you’ll need to return to the time of your elementary school years and begin studying from when you are six.”…

are you sure you go to Stanford?!?!?

And yet again, the stupidity of sofa continues…

hahahaha wow. sofa, get it together.

“major requirements for 14 majors finished, risked my life trying to save people from drowning in hurricane katrina, saved 40 marine lives in baghdad, was once appointed archbishop of the philipines…”

^ this made me laugh soo hard… well-done, voldemort.

add to that “helped the CIA in tracking down terrorists”.

■■■■■!! This thread is hilarious.
