What are my chances?

Right, well… people have asked this question about a million times over. So how bout another go at it?

As for the essays… I took a great deal of effort. And writing is a something of a passion so I do think I did a good job of it.

Recommendation:-
1st from my english teacher who loves me
2nd one from my physics teacher who also likes me a lot.
I got a support rec. form the Professor who taught me at Stanford.

My predicted mark sheet is excellent but (and this is the worst part) my mid-term tests went horribly (at least the 2 that count, which is physics and math… I freaked out :frowning: ). I’ll still probably get the highest in class in my econ. and english papers though.

I dont really think I can get in, but I honestly hope I do. Opinions?

Anybody? Please…

I hate to say it but nothing stands out, you have a decent chance nonetheless…are you an under represented minority?

Nope. I’m not even from the states… Thanks anyhow.

You are like all the top kids from my school that applied to stanford early 2008. 4.5 GPAs, 2200+ SATs, other ECS and all that stuff. All were rejected. No deferrals, all rejections.

Your in the running
