<p>6.0 GPA? How does that work? Sounds like major grade inflation. 4.0 UW is nice though.</p>

<p>Yeah, probably. The highest GPA in our class was 6.8 before the mid-year report updates is probably 7-something now.</p>

<p>Can you explain your school’s weighting system to me? It’s interesting to see the variation in weighting between schools.</p>

<p>For an honors class we get 1 point and for an AP class we get 2. Then those credits are added up, divided by 24 and added to the UW GPA.</p>

<p>24 is the amount of credits required for graduation, forgot to add.</p>

<p>U Chicago is a high match. The rest are reaches just based on their competitive nature, but I think you have a good chance everywhere. Good luck!</p>
