What are my chances?

Are you an international student?

If yes, you have no shot really with low GPA and low SAT.
If not, you have a small chance with low GPA and low SAT.

Yes, I am a international student. Then if I get over 2000 on SAT, would I have any chance?
and my GPA is out of 4.0

You would have a better chance but I would still only say around 20%. Competition is tough for international students. You should apply early action.

Than you for your advice.
