Bryan,
What is your field of interest? If you apply to one of the excellent art schools at SC there is either a portfolio/audition required.
My guess at this time SC would be a reach for you. Your scores are below the SAT composite. Your ECs do not set you apart from the thousands of other applicants. On the positive side you have done a great deal of community service and are from an eastern state.
Do you have any special talents or unique experiences not mentioned here?

^I might also add that you don’t seem to have much leadership in your resume and your class rank may be a tad low to be ultra-competitive in the applicant pool. You haven’t listed any SAT II’s, have you just taken them? I cannot really tell from your post, but have you taken the most rigorous courseload that your school offers?

your GPA is great for SC (they tend to advertise their UW), and your right at the 50% mark for GPA
Try to get your SAT up (maybe register 4 december)
SAT II’s can set you apart if you have good scores (I remember them saying they like anything in the 700 range)
Really bost your extracurricular involvement in your application and show how that makes you better than the rest who just volunteered at a hospital or read to children

Your GPA is definitely good enough. Maybe try taking the ACT instead? I don’t know what it’s like but I’ve heard it’s easier. Those community service hours are crazy dude, but I wouldn’t bother putting swimming there since you only did it one year.
