What are my friend's chances of getting into Chapel Hill?

This isn’t for me, but for my friend. I’d really want a friend to be able to make it to Chapel Hill with me, especially since the people from my school who are committed to UNC so far aren’t the best people to be around. His grades, ethnic background, and scores aren’t the most competitive, but his ECs are possibly the best out of anyone in my school.
