<p>Talent might make it somewhat easier but at the end, hard working ethic, good study skills and no hesitation seeking help when needed will make considerable difference. Some have developed these during HS years, some realize that they have to improve in these areas otherwise they will fail. Working hard does not mean working very long hours. Lots of these hard working kids do max out because they overload themselves with so much, spreading themselves very thin with academics, EC’s, they learn to multitask.</p>
