That won’t be enough. The Ivies (and other such schools like CMU) are over $90k per year. Does your family have financial need?

But what about colleges like UT Austin, or UCSD?

UT Austin will be a high reach. I think UCSD will be hard as well as an OOS applicant.

my parents are okay with colleges like CMU, but going to like Princeton or Dartmouth is just too far from home.

Flying from WA, Princeton isn’t that much farther than CMU.

You’ve already been given west coast suggestions above. Add Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

You can apply anywhere but schools like UMD, Purdue, UMASS, Minnesota, Ohio State or RPI/WPI for smaller are more reality.

I know there are many west coast kids at UMD, and I think at Purdue as well. Check them out.
