We NEED to take core classes, and I want to get into the best ones, teacher and course wise.

ENGL243 - Intro to Poetry with Collier (if he’s teaching it) has been my favorite class I took strictly for CORE

ok, so I think this may depend, but my fave CORE class was ASTR100 with Hayes-Gehrke, its a non-lab. I thought it was really interesting and super easy, but other people I’ve talked to say they thought it was super hard. So… I guess it really depends on the teacher, and remember, its a non lab. Also, I was talking to a friend, and if you need a lab sci, supposedly bio for non majors is really fun :)

Are these CORE classes for Honors, non-honors or both?

The two i listed are for anyone, but in terms of Honors, totally plan it so you can get ur 3 honors sems out of the way and use them for CORE. Like, I’m taking HONR219P outsiders in the modern american drama, (which I think is somewhat reading intensive, but its an english class, so what would you expect?) and it fulfills an Honors Seminar, Diversity, and HL! so I think its totally useful for knocking out COREs

woah somebodynew, is that Marshall Collier (black, haitian, big)? He teaches AP Lit at my high school. He’s a really good teacher and person in general.

No, it’s Michael Collier, middle aged white poet.
