So I came across a SAT essay strategy that states that you can research about 80% of the essay and improvise the last 20%. By research it means study examples of honesty, loyalty, simplicity, honor, bravery, creativity, conformity, etc. from history, literature, and current events BEFORE you actually take the test. So, for those of you that are familiar with the 80:20 rule, what examples do you recommend that are very broad and can fit into many topics and prompts? Books are OK since I can sparknote the summary and analyzation. I only have 17 days to prepare.
