SUNY-Geneseo, Northeastern, UF, Minnesota, Umass, Syracuse to name a few

Do you have papers for your NA status? If so, that would probably be a nice hook for some top schools.

Boston University, George Washington University, University of Texas at Austin, Eugene Lang New School. Judging by your stats alone, the aforementioned schools would all be safeties.

What kind of cost constraints are you looking at? Have you and your parents checked the net price calculators on various colleges of interest?

Besides the automatic full tuition and full ride scholarship list, here are some other candidate schools to consider:

Other UCs (apply to all you are willing to attend).

University of Minnesota - Morris. Has a tuition waiver for Native American students (and is not that expensive to begin with, but is nowhere near urban): [University of Minnesota Morris | Financial Aid | American Indian Tuition Waiver](http://www.morris.umn.edu/financialaid/scholarshipswaivers/americanindiantuition/)
