I’m lost with no direction… Is a 2110 on the SAT good (720 CR 650M 740WR)? What schools can I potentially go to with this score (reaches, average, safeties, etc)?

IF college admissions were one-dimensional, taking only the SAT/ACT scores into the account, it would be easy to answer your question. Unfortunately, it isn’t.
I know a person who was accepted to Stanford just shy of 2000 SAT. Talk to your GC, taking your ECs, GPA, and other things into account.

Need you to post your unweighted GPA and weighted GPA. How many Honors/IB/AP classes you are taking? Home State? Type of college you are looking for Rural/Urban/Large/Small/LAC/University/Religious/Non-Religious/Private/Public?? How much you can afford? EC’s?
It’d be easier if you posted what places you were interested in (along with your other stats) to see what your matches safeties and all those are.
First we need your GPA. I’m assuming your GPA is 3.7-4.0 UW with a healthy amount of honors/AP courses.
Safeties:
Look in your state for some state schools or community colleges. They are generally safety schools. I live in California so schools that have auto-admit (or high acceptance rate), schools like UCR, UCM, CSU Long Beach, CSU Fullerton would be considered safeties assuming you have a good GPA.
Average: A LOT of this depends on if you’re in state or out of state. If you’re in-state with good GPA and good EC’s, I’d say you could try for good state schools like UMich, UCLA, UCSD, University of Virginia, UNC, stuff like that.
If you’re out of state, then 2110 SAT would be a reach for you.
Reaches: Ivies/Stanford/MIT/Rice/Vanderbilt/Duke etc. for most cases.
