<p>I am looking for some good safeties–not totally crap schools–preferably in the West Coast, some in the midwest/east</p>

<p>Purdue. Great school. Has a great engineering and business program. Many of the other programs at Purdue are also going up the ranks. Big school, so plenty of majors you can choose from. Great location, don’t get distracted that it’s in the middle of cornfields in Indiana. I’m from the suburbs of Jersey near NYC and I love it here. Boiler Up!</p>

<p>Look into some of the Cal States and perhaps USD or Pacific? Chapman?</p>
