What are the average SAT 2 scores for the ivy league universities and University of California, Berkeley.
I am an international student and wanted to know the averages so that I could apply to match schools.
My Sat1 is 2040( Maths-790, Reading-600, writing-650) and 2400 on the SAT 2( maths2-800, physics-800, chem-800)
wat schools can i consider as match schools?

…wow satII scores ARE NOT added together to make up a for a separate SAT!!!. Ivy league is usually 720-750+ and berkeley would be lower because its public maybe around 600 +

Your SAT2’s are good but try to do a history or english subject test so you can show diversity. Your SAT’s are lower than the median for Ivy’s, but if you have good EC’s/essays you can get in. As an international, it’ll be pretty tough though.

Try to get your SAT’s higher. 2040 is a good score but it might be a bit low for an Ivy League school.

If you could do well on a humanities SAT II it would help compensate for your relatively low CR and writing scores. Getting 800 on MII/chem/phys is impressive, but most schools will want to see that you can do more than math and science.

I wouldn’t try lit, though, if I were you :P

My international friend got into yale with a 2020 SAT1 and 650 physics SAT2
I think you’re good for any ivy. They actually give international students higher priority because it increases their “diversity” status.

^No, not really.

does world history count as humanities??

dude why are u asking here its ALL ON COLLEGEBOARD

Collegebound: Although Uc Berkeley is a public school, they have an abnormally high average SAT/SAT2 scores. A 600 would not cut it for… Especially if you’re an OOS.

dawg: Yale requires more than one subject test…
