University of Arizona…

MIT.

You wouldn’t expect it, but they’ve done a lot with their perception altering technology.

Walk…walk…walk it out.

Arizona .

I can’t believe no one’s said ECU…(East Carolina)

MIT 10char

MIT was once on the playboy top 10 long ago when my dad was there in the 80’s, the gargantuan greek system there is conducive to it.

that aside, UCSB, ASU, UoF Miami, PSU, SDSU. those are the big boys, but most schools with a decent greek system will have a substantial party atmosphere, at UC Davis the weekends start on thursday and it’s always possible to find a party

UCSB for sure! its tuesday and im going out tonight and nobody thinks im weird or an alcoholic haha

First, they said that about ASU not U of A IIRC. Second, playboy hasn’t done their own rankings since 2006 and before that was like 02 and before that was 96 i think. The other lists were usually princeton reviews or pubclub or something.

As for party schools

ASU, PSU, UCSB, UW Madison, UT Austin, Ohio State University, Florida State, U of F, etc. If you are looking for like top 30 schools then something like:

USC, Vanderbilt, U Mich, UNC (my sister goes nearby and they are always having a bash), and UVA can have a good party but isn’t well known for it.

I like how Penn State is a huge party school since PA has the 2nd most restrictive drinking laws (only to Utah.)

And yes I have been to State College and have enjoyed the parties… every school can party if thats what you are looking for!

LSU!..lol. such a party school

^ I’ll second LSU

Harvard Law

Big schools get more a reputation as being party schools simply due to their size. If you find small schools that are high in the party rankings then you have a winner (if thats what you want to call it.)

St. Bonaventure University in New York is always high on the PR Party rankings and has about 2,500 students.

I second ECU

And Penn State and ASU

West Virginia U

1 in the nation

Definitely WVU, that school attracts some of the largest slackers in my school and we don’t even live in West Virginia.

I heard tulane was a party school (party hard AND work hard), i mean it is in new orleans after all.

SUNY Albany, Penn State, Ohio State, Coastal Carolina, University of Rhode Island, UMass Amherst

A lot of the public schools are party schools ie. ASU, Penn State, Arizona, UT-Austin, Georgia, Ole Miss, UConn, Clemson, USC-Columbia, Basically the entire SEC, Ohio State, etc.
In terms of private universities…
Vandy, Notre Dame, BC, USC, Tulane, Wake, Duke are all known for being exceptional schools where people know how to have a good time. I don’t think Vandy and Penn State attract the same caliber student so Vandy kids probably tone their partying down sunday-wed. to study and then have a good time thurs.-sat.

In Va, UVA and James Madison
