Your school rank is not determined by acceptances at colleges. It’s determined by your gpa. That being said, if you’re in-state for PA, getting into Penn State and UPitt with those stats isn’t exactly hard. Getting waitlisted at VTech does spell trouble. GW is still a major reach for you.

I think you have a medium chance of getting in. Your SAT is definitely in range, what might kill you is your GPA. However if your personal essay was good and you have good recs that might supplement your GPA. The supplement essay is there to help, in some cases you can have amazing stats but write a really bad essay, which will hurt your chances. The supplemental might’ve helped your chances, especially with you’re GPA. However, nothing is set in stone, there are people who should’ve gotten into colleges that didn’t, and vice versa. In the end, you just never know what each school is looking for, because a lot of times they’re just looking to fill certain demographics. You didn’t post your EFC, but if you have a high one, that might help you because GW is need aware, so they do take into account your ability to pay in their final decision.
