Say I chose to major in CompSci or Biology for my undergraduate studies, would I have even the slightest chance of getting into a Nuclear Engineering program (grades and other factors aside)?

Many nuclear grad students are from a variety of backgrounds. That being said It shouldn’t be too hard to get in… grades, etc. aside of course.
However, I’m not sure how likely a biology student would get in. I suppose they could but even then, I’m not sure their prepared enough. A physics major or a Mechanical Engineer or even an electrical engineer would have a decent background to build off of. But biology? I’m not so sure.
I’m not so sure about computer science either. But I would take a CS major over biology any day. Maybe thats just me but if your set on nuclear then I would go CS.
